Edward Russell Davis
Edward Russell “Ed” Davis, age 82, of Knoxville, Tennessee, formerly of Virginia Beach, Virginia, passed away suddenly early Sunday morning, August 11, 2019 at his home. Ed was a member of One Life Church North in Powell. He owned and operated Davis Professional Cleaning for 31 years before retiring in 2007. Ed enjoyed bird watching, helping and encouraging others but most of he was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Eugenia Davis parents Edward Coblentz Davis and June Estelle Sizemore Davis, sister Carol Davis Godfrey. He is survived by his wife of nine years, Irene Catherine Davis children, Mark Davis and wife Lisa of Crownsville, Maryland, Greg Davis of Virginia Beach, Leslie Davis Hellstrom and husband Anders of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Michelle Davis Isaac and husband Chris of Chesapeake, Virginia grandchildren, Mark Davis Jr., Kyle Davis, Emma Davis, Kaitlyn Isaac, Noah Isaac, Sydney Isaac, Olivia Hellstrom, Ashley Greene great grandchildren, Jaslynn, Brian, Matalynn step children, Catherine Dorris and husband David of Olathe, Kansas, Liz Campbell and husband Kenny, Nathan Eyrich of Johnson City, Daniel Eyrich of Overland Park, Kansas step grandchildren, Ashley, Jackson and Brody Dorris, Will Campbell brother, Ronald Davis and wife Lynn of Fredericksburg, Virginia several nieces and nephews.
